What should I bring? Protective smocks are available for our Salon guests.
Spa guests will be provided a robe, slippers and towels.
Lockers are available for your personal belongings.
If you are showering, our shampoo, conditioner, shower
gel and moisturizing lotion are complimentary.
How early should I arrive? First time guest should arrive 15 minutes prior to spa services. Returning guests should arrive
at least 15 minutes prior to the first service.
Should I notify someone of
a physical ailment, disability or allergy? Yes. Please notify the guest services coordinator when
you make your reservation and inform your stylist or
therapist prior to your service.
What about pregnancy? You can still take advantage of the majority of our
services. Avoid treatments
using excessive heat or deep pressure. Please notify our service team ahead of time if you are expecting.
Do I have to disrobe completely? Undress to your level of comfort. Our therapists are
trained to drape you properly and protect your privacy
at all times.
Should I tip the staff? To express appreciation for excellent service you may
give gratuities to the staff. A 20% gratuity is recommended.
I need to cancel my appointment! We understand that circumstances beyond your control may necessitate a cancellation. You must cancel any individual service 24 hours prior to your scheduled service to avoid charges. For multiple services we require 48 hours notice in advance to avoid 50% of the service charge. Due to the high demand of services for Friday & Saturday appointments you may be charged the full of amount of the services that are cancelled less than 48 hours.
Can I smoke? We maintain
a smoke free environment.
Cell phones & pagers? As a courtesy to the other clients who may be relaxing
nearby, we ask that cell phones and pagers be silenced
while in the salon & spa.
What
payment methods are acceptable? Cash, local
personal checks, Discover, Visa, Master Card and American
Express.
What happens if I arrive late? Our schedule is designed to provide the right amount
of time for your service and the clients after you.
Your service time may be shortened to enable us to meet
our commitment to the next client. Please be on time
so no one has to wait for services.

next service prior to leaving.
